Six fundamentally important problems in chemistry have been completely solved

1. Most of the professional people working in the area of modern chemistry must have known quantum mechanics (QM); they are also familiar with the fact that QM does not and cannot solve the fundamentally important problem of why there are quantum states (as a matter of fact, QM does not and cannot know why there are quantum states ---- being a well-known and undeniable fact). As a result, many insightful and pondering professional people working in the area of modern chemistry may often ask the fundamentally important questions as following. (1) Can we discover the physical law that ultimately solves the problem of why there are quantum states by revealing the quantum mechanism of why and how photons get their velocity from the electron emitting them? (2) After discovering this physical law, can we have essentially much better modern chemistry? (3) After discovering the physical law that ultimately solves the problem of why there are quantum states, will there be an essential revolution in modern chemistry? Those fundamentally important questions have been answered in the newly discovered and verified law of orbiting electron periodic impulse emitting photons (OEPIEP law) for the first time in the history of physics and science (P. 193 ~ 214, Ch.2A, reference #1).

(4) After revealing and quantifying the certainty mechanism behind Uncertainty Principle, is it helpful or possible to obtain a much better modern chemistry? As a result, many visionary and pondering professional people working in the area of modern chemistry, because of their frequently dealing with photons (light), may keep asking some fundamentally important questions as following. (1) Can the wave-particle dual natures of light be mechanistically thus essentially unified? (2) If can, then what law can accomplish the historic unification? (3) What are the practical applications of this historic unification?
